Look- there seems to be some sort of storm in club penguin! To see, go to the cove, and click on the binoculars hanging on the lifeguard's chair. Note: this is NOT the beacon's telescope. Just for confusion. I hope this doesn't change anything about the Halloween party; I'm pretty sure it won't, but you never know. :D
